The locker will contact you for cutting instructions.
The lockers standard cuts are:
Roasts; Arm, Chuck, Rolled rump, Sirloin,  Steaks; Sirloin, Rib, T-Bone and Round.Ground beef in 1lb, 1.5 lb or 2 lb packages.

Anything special is extra. Processing is paid to the locker depending hanging weight.

At pickup you will owe the total amount minus the deposit
